Privacy Policy for Math Adventure

Last updated: 2026-07-13

Math Adventure ("the app") is a math learning game for children, used with parental supervision. This policy explains what information the app collects and how it is used.

Information stored only on your device

Your child's progress, stars, badges, difficulty settings, and app preferences are stored locally on the device using browser local storage. This data is not sent to us and stays on the device unless you use one of the optional online features described below. Uninstalling the app or using "Reset Progress" removes this data.

A random installation identifier is also stored on the device. It contains no personal information and is used only to help with customer support if you contact us about a specific installation.

Optional online features

The following features require an internet connection and involve limited data leaving the device:

What we do not collect

Parent controls

A parent-only settings area lets a parent adjust difficulty, review progress, manage the optional AI provider settings, and reset the app's data.

Children's privacy

This app is designed to be used by children under adult/parental supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children beyond what is described above (an anonymous identifier and, in online duel mode, a display name/avatar chosen for gameplay purposes).

Requesting deletion

If your child has used the optional online Competition or duel features, you can request deletion of the associated online data (leaderboard entry, best score, and match history) by emailing us at the address below with your child's in-app display name and the approximate date it was used. We will delete the matching records and confirm once done.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
